So I bought these two pencil eyeliners a loooong time ago without really thinking about their utility. One's a dark blue and the other a turquoisish shimmer light bleu.
What can I use them for and with which color knowing that I have light brown skin? :)

I did this a while back. Instead of the white you could use your blues.

Use them as you would regular liner they will look good with green white black shadows.

You could use the might one on your waterline to open up your eye and brighten it

The light one on your waterline, the dark one would like nice as a top liner as well

I'd use them like a regular liner except I would use black or dark brown liner first as a dark base, then apply the colored liners on top. This gives more impact. But wearing the colored liners can also look nice giving a lighter, more spring or summery look.
