Are there any substitutions for eye shadow base? I can't find one in the stores where I live and I don't like online shopping. I was thinking about using an oil free foundation or concealer.

I'm loving NYX jumbo pencil in shade "milk" it's amazing it really makes the eyes how pop especially light colors!! It's totally adorable found in any beauty supply store, Ricky's , alta amazon 👌

Ya try using concealer as far as the nyx jumbo pencils for me they suck I bought one to see if it helps my light eyeshadows more and it doea but it creases so much and makes it hard to blend

NYX Jumbo Pencil, Maybelline Color Tattoo,any eyeliner, or just foundation and powder would give something for eye makeup to adhere to and stay put.

I use maybellines white corrector it's waterproof and works great! And also the beige 1.

Oh and white face paint (clown white) also works.
