My style has always been really casual and plain but I've been wanting to start dressing better. Do any of you have any ideas on how to dress up a plain outfit? Besides skirts, I don't own any skirts. I know this probably seems like a very dumb question but I'm not very creative lol thanks in advance! :)

Layers, and play with texture or pattern. Try dark wash jeans.

I always dress up an outfit with a cute hairstyle like some loose waves. Some bold jewerly and makeup.
