I'd say cut it to mid back or cut enough to donate. Your choice though:)

You could donate your hair to a charity that provides wigs for cancer patients. I think layers would look great so you can get some lift + volume.

I think you could cute it about four to five inches it would look great. But it's beautiful as is.
