Septum if you're willing to wear it down all the time, I loved mine but it was up most of the time, which hurts a little but it'll slip down a lot and make you look like you're picking your nose. Haha

I would say hoop but thats more common...so to be different...maybe septum...but then again thats starting up and a lot of people are getting that too...so.. But Both would look good! But I think you'd look better with the hoop! (:
