Look at videos on YouTube. And just practice a lot:) that's how you get good. Start by natural colors, and then add on layer by layer.

Definitely try to figure out what type of eye you have since not all eye shapes adhere to the same rules. I have an Asian monolid so I can't do the same things girls with a standard eye or double lid can do.
