In March I'm going to meet Emblem 3 & see them perform. This is the outfit I was planning on wearing, but I don't know if I should or not. The top isn't as bright as it looks lol. Should I wear that or something different? would it be better to not wear a skirt? I have black leather shorts I could make an outfit with instead. & if you think I should wear it, what shoes should I pair with it? I don't really want to wear heels. last question lol. should I have a cardigan or see through black shirt over it? Thanks for the help!

I like the white top with the black lace in your last picture, I'd pair it with your black leather shorts, a black cardigan with the sleeves pushed up and some black or white flats :)
