Apart of my diploma was to do a SFX course and we did esthetics :) I don't currently chase a career in SFX (I work at counters and I'm a model makeup artist) but they come in handy in broadway, movies, magazines, and lots of media. Lots of girls that I studied with now work in broadway, one girl even did Witches! in NYC.

I went to Alberta academy of aesthetics in canada , there are a lot of jobs but mostly part-time. I've experienced pretty shady employers as well! keep your chin up! lots of great opportunitys out there!!
