^^ that can't be right they never take anything back even if it don't make a difference on you.

Try Mary Kay's Even Complexion Essence! I love it...works great on dark spots.

It may just be a Vitamin K deficiency. Try taking a Vitamin K supplement for a minimum of 3 months before deciding. My Esthetician is Amazing at skin care! Check out her info www.TheStoryTellingExperience.com

I found that eating salty snacks before bedtime was the cause of most of my dark circles and puffiness, so try to cut that out if you do it too. You could also try caffeinated tea bags (use them after you steep your tea) over your eyes, that reduced puffiness for me.

Currently I'm playing around with different concealers, so I can't really help in that area. Good luck with finding a solution!

Try coconut oil too! A teeny bit is enough and after a little bit it actually starts to work on fine lines I've found! And it isn't oily or greasy after it sinks in!

Naaz - im not sure where youre from but in the uk its cliniques policy to accept all returns even if u use the product. the consultants at your counter arent doing their job properly and im sure if u told clinique head office they would be happy to sort anything out and im sure the consultants u saw would get a telling off! lol
