Don't know what to do for a cut and dye.

So I want something different for my hair but I am having a really hard time finding something that I'm happy with.
For dye I don't know if I should god with a natural red, blonde, light/carmel brown, or stay my natural hair color which is a strawberry blonde.
For cut I don't know where I should grow it to or if I should cut it or if I should keep my hair the way it is.

Any ideas?

I don't think you're to pale! Dark hair looks nice on pale skin, it's a very good contrast in my opinion..and I think you should grow your hair out and I agree with Victoria on the highlights :)

About dye I think you should be blonde and about the cut... Maybe you should try cutting it, I think it will look cute :-)

If you do go brown, be prepared to do your eyebrows every time you go out! I think the colour would look fantastic on you, though!
