I would personally wear it with some skinny jeans, maybe a beanie and some sneaker wedges( if you don't like sneaker wedges then regular boots)!

Maybe for the first one you can make it more dressy with a black circle skirt or layer it with a denim shirt unbuttoned over it leggings and a statement necklace or bracelet
