Bella, Lol but I'm so with you. (I live in the dollar store 😂) but I love skin care products and I'm always up for trying innovative things to better my skin. I like that it's silicone and doesn't collect bacteria like a standard brush.

I agree with lizzys first post... Personally if I had it like that I would but the gold one instead of the platinum and no that doesn't mean I'm no jerk I just love the finer things in life and if I was able to afford it why not? I bust my ass every freaking day and your saying for me to spoil my ass is me being a jerk? Na I disagree, yes there are people starving in the world and yes you could feed lots of people with that money but what's the whole point of you busting your ass if you arent able to enjoy your money? People go to school get careers not jobs to have a better life style and not be struggling they don't do it for fun cuz it aint fun at all my point is don't judge cuz if you had won the lottery the first thing you would do would be get your family something or your self and thats spoiling too I'm sure your not going to keep it in the bank and work your shity as job and never even touch the money, just have that in mind.

Lol Thanks Megan. I could care less what someone else does with their money. They could burn it, flush it, or put it in steel box and drop it into the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, it's their money lol I can still think it's ridiculous. And this $6,000 dollar one is no different from the $200 dollar one, except for the gold. I'd be smarter to buy gold jewelry over a face brush with gold on it. Just my philosophy, but to each their own.

Nala I do agree with you that you can have your own opinion but I don't think it was right for you to call them a jerk, to a person that has money and loves skin care or gold this would be there luxury item at least for me it would be on makeup I wouldn't mind and havent mind spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on it cuz thats my passion my love, I do agree with mairead that its not a wise decision but many people (rich people) don't think like that, money does disappear and quick and financial security is never guaranteed but again at least to me its ok to spoil your self here and there if you can but thats just me, we see this as a stupid investment cuz lets be real we don't got it like that and I don't either but I'm just putting my self on the other side and I think I would be willing to buy it but thats just me.

The brush isn't the problem. (Technically, nothing is). Adding gold to it and making it $6000 is crazy. Lol you get no additional benefits by adding gold to the bottom, it's just like a ego type thing.

It's funny because I'm pretty sure this product is aimed at the upper class, considering Vogue and Elle are written under it. Its targeted to actresses, models, etc. not students and middle/lower class. I know you said this topic wasn't meant to be serious but the fact that you'd compare personality to wealth is a kinda obscure, even in a beauty post. To me even spending $200 on a face brush is a bit in comprehendible, but that's from the perspective of a student. People's position of wealth effect their perspective of others, but that doesn't give you the right to call them jerks. I agree that adding a golden bottom and changing the price by $5800 is absurd but I think what got me is you categorizing everyone who buys it as 'absolutely a jerk', implying that there's no doubt about they're rude and ignorant.
