Stay away from blow drying them or using any heat it might cause damage which can slow down your hair growth,I don't know any particular methods in actually growing hair longer sorry!

Ermmm cod liver oil pill thingys (excuse my vocabulary but I forget exactly what they're called) and you could try getting a trim, that always speeds up hair growth.

I asked my mom, she said to massage your scalp with just your fingers before falling asleep and that will speed up circulation in your scalp and could make hair grow faster!
