I put my mascara on a toothbrush then apply works great on mine an me being a guy it seems like it makes it more natural longer looking lashes too that's a plus lol but I use Mac plush

l'oreal voluminous and covergirl lashblast luxe are the only drug store mascaras ill use but, you can also get the mini sized mascaras of more expensive brands from sephora. I always buy a small version mascara from there of something I've been wanting to try first.
