What eyeliner do you love for your lower lash line?

I am literally obsessed with INGLOT'S gel liners for my waterline. They are really creamy, pigmented, and do not budge at all. I haven't tried the Smashbox ones or MAC fluidlines on my, but considering that INGLOT's liners only cost $12, I really think they're an amazing deal.
