My father uses it as a coffee creamer, which I personally think is rather disgusting. My mother uses it to help with diaper rash on my little brother. I've also seen it rubbed into the skin to help lighten age spots, help with stretch marks during pregnancy and used as a Chapstick. A little internet search says that it can be used as an SPF 4 sunscreen, applied topically to help skin heal after an injury or infection, applied to feet to help with Athlete's Foot, combined with apple cider vinegar to treat lice, and rubbed on inside of nose to help with allergies.
