While wearing lipstick for a few hours I develop this white "film" on the inside of my lips. It looks so gross and I was wondering if any of you ladies have experienced this. Any ideas on how to prevent it?

I get this all the time and I only wear lip balm usually. I heard its dead skin mixing with the lip balm or stick.

Hey ladies it is dead skin...exactly you must exfoliate your lips. So if you take a damp cloth after brushing your teeth and go in a circular motion around your lips this should help.

Its dead skin so as part of my daily routine i have strting using a homeade sugar scrub on my lips. I just mix white sugar with coconut oil and mint essential oils ( i like the way it tingles) rub on lips for about 2 minutes then wipe with damp cloth.

It doesn't seem to be dead skin on me.. I use a lip scrub and it only happens with certain products!! If it is dry skin, why does it only show up with some products and not others? I hate when it happens. So gross!
