My friend told me how she got her hair so long and she said she didn't shampoo it, only used conditioner but scrubbed her hair/massaged It on the shower to remove dirt. Is this healthy? Will It make my hair greasy? And how else can I get my hair to grow quicker?

I do the same thing as your friend, but I only shampoo once a week. I wouldn't necessarily say it made my hair grow longer, but it made it fuller and softer. I have very curly hair, so I don't know if it would make a difference on straight hair. It did make my hair a tad bit greasy for a week or two, but it was well worth it. My hair is about ten times softer now. You can help your hair grow longer by massaging in coconut oil, olive oil, and I've heard milk or beer lol. I use coconut and olive oil and it's really helped my hair.

I do what Sophie goes but I usually shampoo every 2 weeks. I have kinky curly hair and is extremely dry. And my hair never gets greasy lol.
