Pimple Cream?

I have combination skin, I get dry around my nose and a bit oily on my chin, normal everywhere else. I don't break out often but when I do I feel like it takes forever for the zit to go away!! I feel like all the products Ive tried work the same. I only want drugstore products because like I said this doesn't happen often. Currently I have the elf roll on zit zapper, which does absolutely nothing in my opinion, and target brand pimple cream. Any ideas for something cheap that will actually work? Thanks!:)
