I recently got a new shampoo and conditioner and I can really see a difference in my hair..it's by dove I don't remember the name but it makes my hair feel amazing.. also when I get out of the shower I use herbal essence leave in conditioner throughout my hair and then a spray a detangler made out of Arran and Moroccan oil and vitamin E and my hair has never felt better. I have super knotty hair and the ends are. dry but both those problems have gone away from my routine.

No sulfates I always use dr. Bronners soap as shampoo bc the ingredients are good and simply also it comes in a lot of scents and a really thick moisturizing conditioner like klorane mango butter conditioner also I treat my hair with coconut oil or argan oil as a leave in.

It's not all in the shampoo and conditioner!
1.) make sure your bathroom isn't steamy when you shower
2.) at the end of your shower, rinse out your hair with cold water and make sure all the conditioner is out
3,) use a wide tooth comb when hair is wet
4.)wash hair every other day, not every day
5.)try leave in conditioners to keep hair smooth and shiny
6.) try split end protectants
7.) use heat protectants before curling or straightening hair.
Hope I helped :)
