I had a friend bleach the ends of my hair and she ended up frying my hair. This was a while ago and my hair is still damaged on the ends. What can I do to heal it?

The same thing happened to me a few months ago. You basically just need to get the damaged parts cut off.

If you're talking about split ends & breakage, get a trim. nothing can fix split ends. try coconut oil as a strengthening treatment & a deep conditioner too.

Like Alison said you can't do anything but cut them off. You can mask them & make them less noticeable but it's best just to cut them off :)

Get it trimmed. There is nothing you can do to make the damaged hair better unless you cut it. After getting it trimmed use deep conditioners (I like loreal, organix, or macadamia). Also Nexxus has a great split end repairer

Okay thank you for all the good advice! I made an appointment with my stylist to get it trimmed
