I got my ear pierced a couple of weeks ago, its a bit lower than my upper ear but its still through cartilage and I was wondering how to get it to heal quicker? At the moment I clean it each night with diluted tea tree oil that I brought from the piercing place.

It's kind of strange that they sell tea tree oil as aftercare solution...I only use that on one of my piercings if it is infected. For normal aftercare I use saline solution (which is basically salt water).
