Hey guys, I just bought a gel exfoliating face wash with apricot seeds. It says to use everyday, but I have sensitive skin and as some of you know I don't usually like to use chemicals. Any of you guys have any ideas on how bad when I should use this product?

I do it 1-2 times per week, but I make my own scrub from green tea leaves, coconut oil, brown sugar and olive oil. its gentle so sometimes I do 2-3 a week. I left you a comment on your profile about natural hair care/shampoo.

Paula, it won't let me post my comment on your page, so I will copy and paste it here for now:
Aw Brazil...that's awesome!! Well, for face wash, I make green tea and mix it in a bottle with witch hazel, coconut oil, aloe vera and a few drops of tea tree oil. I use that for body wash, too. Sometimes I mix lavender oil in for my body wash. Do you have Amazon.com there? I order Dr. Bronner's Soap off of there (in a bottle, it's liquid) and brush my teeth with it, do my dishes, laundry, clean surfaces, body wash, shampoo...literally everything in 3- 4 ingredients. Coconut oil is definitely the best ingredient, though. I love that with the green tea and with hazel. I use the tea tree oil every night as a spot treatment. In the mornings, I use rosemary essential oil on my temples and under my nose, because it's very invigorating and helps with memory. Rosemary, coconut oil, and olive oil is a great hair mask. I also love to use fresh ground ginger in my body wash. Sorry that's a lot of info, but I am totally in your boat about making my own stuff and being all natural! I rarely, if ever, actually buy products now. I've learned to make my own cleaners, laundry sheets, detergent, etc. You go girl!!

I use philosophy microdelivery. It is gentle enough to use everyday. I have sensitive dry skin.
