i have just bought my first red lip stick but not sure what eye shadow ideas would go with it

Your best bet with matching a red lipstick all depends on the shade of red you chose. A nice defined liquid line is always a nice choice but a simple smoke can really accentuate it as well. Good luck!

Best to keep eyes with light makeup. For example golden or light brown. Also u can just put black eye liner a la Hollywood. Just keep in mind eyes has to be light n lips should pop up

Yes I would definitely go for the Old Hollywood look and do a medium brown that's close to your skintone in your crease an a creme color on your lid with winged eye liner. Since red lips are so bold you don't really want too much going on with your eyes cause the look will clash
