Gunna wear this to prom with a bold red lip and a Hollywood inspired up-do. What shoes should I wear? Or does it really not matter because it's floor length?

To me it honestly doesn't matter. You already have a killer dress and sounds like your hair and make up going to be also. So I wouldn't spend a bunch on shoes. To be honest when I went to prom all the girls took off their shoes anyway. Go check out Ross, Payless, Target, Marshalls, Burlington, or any other cheap store maybe thrift a pair
