Ok I'm starting college in 3 weeks. My ultimate goal is to keep my hair healthy and grow but also look fabbbulous.

I already bought a curly halfwig that I don't really think I would want to wear all the time. I have several options:

1. I could use the curly one for curly do's or updo's and buy another wig thats bone straight for straighter do's (either a full wig or half wig and have a little leave out let)

2. Use my curly wig for updo's and just wear my natural hair (necklength; including blowdrying and flatironing) and also getting some loose hair for adding to mine for low manipulation styles etc

Is anyone doing anything like this? Maybe this is the wrong blog to ask but I really can't decide I have 3 weeks.

Well flat ironing and blow drying often is damaging. I wear wigs (half wigs or lace front wigs behind the hairline). I'd go with option 1

Well I used to get them online but my fave wig Beshe Drew is actually sold in a store near me. This wig lasts FOREVER. 3rd time buying her. She's at least 5 months old here.

This is my second fave Creta Girl, this ones a half wig. She runs about $20. Drew is a lace front and runs about $35. They last the longest and as they get older actually look better. Blending is pathetically easy. I'm a 4a/b natural and all I do is just flat twists outs.

I have creta girl thats the one I got! It just I don't know didnt blend right the curls don't look real just I don't know what's wrong.

Lmao all I do is flat twist. Leave it in overnight. Take it out the next morning. Then take pieces of my hair and twirl it with the fake hair. They have a bunch if tutorials on youtube of how girls blend it

Yeah I did a major lookup before I bought it. I think its cuz the hair just doesn't look the same as theirs I don't know why.

Yea that happens sometimes. Look up this YouTube video thomasadrianna called something like 'blending curly hair'. I use her technique to blend except she uses rollers instead of twists
