That looks like a magenta over brown hair. You could try just special effects burgundy wine (or another veggie dye in a pinkish red) over light brown hair. It gets results like this.

@alyx if you Google loreal hicolor magenta half the pics look red and half look More like the pics danielle posted, its going to pull a little different on everyone. And the 2nd picture danielle posted is a beautylish user and a while back she said she uses the loreal hicolor magenta.
