If your hair is oily you want to use less conditioner on your scalp since it produces enough oils already only use it on your tips shampoo enough on the scalp on shampoo bottles it usually says repair growth so try to look foe that when you go shopping next time hope this is helpfull.

Castrol oil can help thicken your hair a lot you can massage it into your scalp and coconut oil is great especially for fine hair use it as a deep conditioner just apply to your hair throw on a plastic cap and go under the dryer And for repairing your hair from color damage you can do a protein treatment either store brought I use aphogee line or you can use an egg and coconut oil wait until it gets hard and then wash it out its good for repairing the proteins in your hair a lot I highly suggest doing some research on all my suggestions to get more details but I'm very confident in my advice because of my own research :) lol good lunch with your hair Hun hope I helped!
