Try hot oil massage once in every 2 weeks and try to stay away from all sorts of heat. Coconut oil is really good. Other alternatives includes using organic hair products.
You look so pretty with your long hair, don't cut it short but add some layers to it or even get some bangs.

Use coconut oil and also co-wash when you can your shampoo may be stripping your hairs natural oils. Also, find a good treatment that you can use weekly at home. I also say don't cut your hair it's so lovely and long maybe just do some layers x
