Everytime I do my eye makeup- my eyes begin watering and I can't stop it unless I take it all off. It makes my eyes red and dehydrated. Is it my makeup?

You're probably allergic to something you are putting on or near your eyes. The same thing happened to me with an under eye concealer one time and I had to go through and find what it was that I was allergic to. It's also happened to me with an eye liner before as well.

Also to help protect your eyes do not put liquid liner on your water line use a pencil or gel. Liquid can spread and run into your eyes easily and that would definitely be irritating
