I have red dots on my toes and they hurt really bad. This only happens in the winter also. I want to find a way to stop this from happening and what might it be, please help me.

What kind of shoes have you been wearing? Are they breathable? And perhaps they might be dry. Maybe try moisturizing?

They aren't dry at all and most the time I'm not wearing shoes. Mostly I wear slippers.
