Use a leave in conditioner regularly! It helps keep hair healthy and helps to prevent breakage. Just remember to get your regular trims and ALWAYS use heat protectant when working with heat :)

The easiest way to make your hair grow faster is to keep it healthy. Don't mistake me, the rate at which your hair grows is determined by genetics, and nothing you can do will make your hair grow faster than it naturally would at its healthiest.
First, trim your split ends. If you don't, they will keep splitting up the shaft and ruin even more of your hair.
Second, invest in a sulfate and sodium chloride free shampoo and conditioner (I like the L'oreal EverStrong), and a hair mask or deep conditioner (I like Macadamia Deep Repair Masque and the L'oreal Power Moisture Mask). In the shower, wash your hair first thing, shampoo only the roots and condition from your ears down. After that, apply your mask, focusing on the ends of your hair. Finger comb until you don't feel any knots, and then put your hair in a bun. Leave it that way for the rest of your shower, washing it out should be the last thing you do.
Third, in terms of heat protectors, I like the Tressemme and It's a 10 Leave in Plus Keratin. However, I advise you to cut out heat styling as much as possible.
That's my hair routine, my entire head is bleached and it is just as healthy as it was before I dyed it.

It won't make it grow faster, but it's better to get them cut sooner or they'll get worse & you'll have to cut more. do leave in conditioners. try Aussie 3 minute miracle. do strengthening treatments too. you can use coconut oil, castor oil, etc. use as little heat as possible. try sulfate free shampoos & conditioners. Hannah has recommended the L'oreal Ever strong line. I recently bought it & like it so far :)

Oh & I agree with Hannah W. on the It's a 10 heat protectant. when I used to straighten my hair I'd use that. I liked it :)

I use the L'oreal EverStrong or Pureology Smooth (Pureology is specially formulated for dyed hair though, you don't necessarily need that). The EverStrong is the one in the green tubes with purple caps.

Hannah W. is there a hair mask that you can recommend for my hair? and that isn't expensive.

I recommended two above, the Macadamia Deep Repair and the L'oreal Power Moisture.

?1.) yes it will grow faster, but if you don't get all of them off they will just keep splitting.
?2.) I use tresemme heat tamer spray, can protect all the way up to 450 degrees!!
?3.) you can reduce damage by brushing your hair the least you can, brushing does quite a lot of damage even if there's only little knots or even no knots brushing damages.
Also a little tip try going for a trim about once every 4 months, or don't let your split ends get over 1/2 inch

Myth. Trimming your hair will make it look healthier, and it will be easier to watch grow.. Kindof hard to explain

And you CANT get rid of split ends. I got that of this one website and it says the best and only thing to do is to get a trim. And I use Tresemé Heat Protectent. And try not to use heat on your hair so much. Try going every other day without heat(:

Tresemmé makes a great heat protectant. You could add a deep conditioner to your hair routine. You can make your own or buy one.
