In your opinion what are the best bright/colorful eyeshadows and glitters out there?

Check out the BH Cosmetics 120 Color Palette. It's amazing. Such bright, beautiful colors. As for glitter...try Bitchslap Cosmetics.

For colors: Urban Decay, Sugarpill, and Inglot are what come to mind.

For glitter: Lit Cosmetics. I also am not even sure they make it anymore, but Lorac 3D Luster is a glitter top coat. It's really neat but as far as I know it only comes in a white/silver and gold. I have the white and I love it. I also used to like a brand called Medusa's Makeup that had all kinds of glitters and bright eyeshadow.
