Hi girls,

I sometimes get these random spots on my face it's not pimple because it doesn't hurt or anything. These are like acne spots that are light and random. and I have them most of the time. I have dry skin though and drink water eat well too.. sleep well these days. I have a skincare routine but I don't know what to use for these random spots. I could cover it easily with makeup. any could recommend drugstore products because am on a budget right now.
