Looking for something other then acne products that well help clear my face.

Coconut oil will not clear your face, it is not a moisturizer nor does it carry that ability, it is a sealant oil so it seals in moisture. It's good for your hair, but again, it is a sealant so moisturize your hair before you put it in (all depending on your hair type).
Tee tree oil and African black soap (Dudu Osan brand which can be found on Amazon) so help acne on the other hand.

So you put moisturizer in you're hair then put the oil in it?

I sometimes use it as a nighttime moisturizer for my face and my oily/combo skin sucks it right up. Coconut oil does contain antibacterial properties which acne hates so I see no problem in using it at night as a moisturizer though I would tread carefully in case you might be allergic to coconut oil ( which isn't uncommon). Sometimes I even apply it over my nighttime serum or retinol cream. You don't need a whole lot to cover the face. A pea size amount melted in the hand is enough.

What about for you're hair?

It is not used for acne but it works amazing on acne scars or any other scars on your body. I personally find it too greasy for my face and use it as a daily body moisturizer twice a day and my skin has drastically improved. Like Erin said, tea tree oil works well for acne as well as African Black Soap. My boyfriend uses African Black Soap and it has really helped his acne, for me I wasn't so lucky and I'm very allergic to the soap. Keep in mind it is very drying to your face and shouldn't be used everyday. Coconut oil can also be used in your hair, after you wash it you can put a small amount in your hair or just on the tips of your hair as a conditioner. It will work well for dry or damaged hair but again it will probably be too greasy if you have oily hair.
