Massage your hair every night and drinks lots of water also take hair skin and nails not biotin alone it can make you break out and you need to balance that vitamin. Take some folic acid and zinc as well it worked really good for me also.

I've had the same issue, always felt like it wasent growing. in reality it was but was damaged and breaking off. I've had good results taking biotin and hair skin and nail viatimis. deep conditioning a min of once a week (try doing it more) any deep conditioner will do but do nit over use protien based ones they can cause you hair to become dry and brittle. I started incorporating coconut and argan oils in as well. I'm also currently using FAST shampoo it supposed to make your hair grow faster. not sure if it really working but I'm going to keep using it for now. use heat sparingly and don't brush when its wet use a wide tooth comb. good luck.

I started using "one n only argan oil" hair dye from Sally's...I also bought miracle seven leave in conditioning spray. I am a natural brunette and go medium blond, so my hair was very damaged but those two products seem to be nursing my hair back to health.

Eat sea food!! and try to keep your hair tied rather than leaving it open. Use rosemary oil.
