Can you mix Beyond the zone color jam hair dye and conditioner together when applying it to your hair? I already bleached my hair Thanks in advance!

I'd say no. The idea is to apply the dye then wash with the conditioner, mixing them probably won't work.

Can you apply hair dye to wet or damp hair? I did that with bleach and it worked fine.

Bleach is different than hair dye, most hair dyes should be applied to dry hair so that it can soak in more without the water diluting it.

My hair is really nappy from the bleach
so its going to be hard to color. that's why I asked.

It happens, bleach does that and it's a pain in the ass...you do have to dry and brush it though. Or rather, you should.

You should deep condition your hair after the bleach then dryer your hair on the LOW setting, then apply the hair dye and rinse in 30-45mins. then deep condition for 30mins. the rinse out.
adding condition with the color possibly make the hair dye a pastel color.
