I received it in exchange for my honest review but I think you can buy it at target! And that's what I was thinking very Mermaid like! :) and thank you Sarah and Hannah! It is definitely more of a summer color.

A gorgeous chromatic turquoise perfect for a summer mani.. I would love to try this with a little bit of a glitter top coat.. Like Essie's "set in stones". I love mixing textures.
