When is it okay to wear red lipstick? like are there certain color clothes that would look terrible with red lipstick?

Red lipstick I think is very classy, so more classic styles look nice but it can also be very playful. Whatever you think looks nice on you.

Personally I prefer wearing red lipstick with black or white clothing. but thats just me. also if you're wearing red make sure that it's a similar tone to what your wearing or it might look a bit off
