Ordered the invogue off of haute look, first item from haute look I've ever ordered. I don't know if all products do this but my flatiron does not stay at the set temp. After it heats up as soon as it touches my hair the temp continues to change and I don't press the buttons at all. Doesn't anyone else have this issue or is my product defected?

Its defective, and no the temperature should not change according to hair thickness or anything...theirs something wrong with the product
