I recommend warming it up, then using it as a leave in, or as a hair growth product. If you use it as a leave in, use it warm, and take a dime-sized amount and work it through the ends of your hair. If you use it as a hair growth stimulator, warm it up for 15 seconds, then massage it through your roots. You heard me right, the roots. After massaging the roots, tip your head down for 10 minutes. The inversion of your body is proven to stimulate the hair growth. Next, rinse ALL of the oil out. After a week, you should notice around 1-2 inches of growth in your hair. Hope I helped. c:
