Keeping Eyeliner On.

I use Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama gel eyeliner and i've tried the Maybelline Water Proof liquid liner. But my eyeliner ALWAYS smudges and never stays on all day :/
any suggestions on how to keep it on all day or longer!?

Try setting it with a matte black eyeshadow

Try an eye primer before you apply your eye liner. I always recommend Stila's Stay All Day Eyeliner, I absolutely love it! Lasts for hours
