Shimmery nudes are understated and look good on everyone. Dark brown eyeliner is great for defining eyes and doesn't look harsh like black does. If you don't want to wear foundation BB cream is great for brightening complexion. And I think blush makes anyone look pretty!

Purple is a great color for any skin tone & can be worn light or smokey. You definitely can't go wrong with basic neutral colors.
