I second Nyx, elf, and wet n wild! I also really enjoy Physicians Formula's mascaras and blushes, as well as Hard Candy's concealer and baked eyeshadow duos! I've never tried milani before (damn you Colorado for not carrying milani anywhere near my immediate vicinity!) but I've heard nothing but positive reviews about their products.

What ever you do stay away from LA COLORS. It's the worst brand ever. Nail polishes suck. Eye shadow is not pigmented, its awful.

Take a trip to ulta if you have one near by! They have a huge variety of makeup that is very inexpensive. Plus they give coupons && have rewards so you Will save money! You Will love NYX they usually have a bogo for 50% off!

Honestly this might sound preety weird go to your nearest Wal-Mart or target, there brands are cheaper than ulta, but still most of the same brands. I suggest elf, nyx (target), rimmel, maybeline, revelon, and pretty much any drugstore brands.

Nyx is my favorite lower end brand. I feel like most of their products are actually very well made and all are very affordable for what you get. I love their HD setting powder.

Definitely read reviews on products first too though. They can help you decide if a product is worth trying. Of course you may end up liking or disliking something that someone else doesn't like or loves, but getting personal reviews and experiences about the product can help narrow down what you really want to try and something you could maybe do without altogether or wait to try. It helps further sort out products that may not be the greatest so it can save you money and help you make an informed decision. I think it's even more important to check reviews for drugstore stuff as well because most of the time you can't test anything because most stores don't do testers for lower end makeup. I always read at least a couple reviews for just about any product I buy.

I wouldn't recommend loreal because I feel like they have become very overpriced for not so great products, they're eyeshadow a are good tho and they're infalliable lip colors are great but it was 10.99 when maybelline has one for 6.99.
