Mine does that a little bit. Nowhere near that extent, it's mostly on the inside of the cap. I think it may happen if you shake it while the cap is on. I take the cap off now and I don't seem to have a problem anymore. But that's a lot of product so you may have a bigger issue. I'm still not entirely sure why mine did it the little bit that it did either. If it continues to be that much leaking out I would take it back and see about getting another. Sephora is pretty good about returns and if they can't do anything for whatever reason I'd email Urban Decay as directly as possible (I'm not sure of the email as I haven't had to contact them in the past) but they may be able to help you out if worse comes to worse.

Yea let us know what happens! I'm curious to hear what they say, I don't know if it's an ongoing problem or not. It's a fairly new product still I think so maybe they'll end up repackaging it if there's enough issues...guess we'll see though lol.
