If you love in the UK, boots supply a brand called Bleached and they have a huge range of semi permanent hair colours :)

Special effects hair dye has a bunch of colors and to me they don't last that long. they say to use it on pre lightened hair but for me it starts to fade after just a few washes. I'm forever touching up my orange locks.

They had semi permanent at Halloween but most of their stuff is permanent
