I think their lipsticks and MSFs are golden to the brand. If you're looking into things like eyeshadows or blushes, look up dupes and try to find a cheaper alternative. There's only a handful of eyeshadow/blush from MAC that I enjoy and that's because they were some of my first products before I really started building a collection, not because they're unique to the brand. I wouldn't waste time on their foundation or mascara.. I don't think it's worth the hype. There are a few good concealers but again, not formulas unique to the brand.
The lipsticks are my favorite on the market: incredible wear time with a wide color and finish selection. Something for everyone. MSFs like Soft & Gentle and Lightscapade are some of the best highlighters in my collection and work amazing as eyeshadows on a lazy day, too.
