I would think jus the trouble spots like a concealer tho immediate not sure jus my opinion.

If it's a facial primer you can use it all over if its tinted green its ment to camouflage redness

Definitely all over. a primer is meant to be used for all over face application.

It cancels out the red, but be careful and blend well because it will have a slight green tint to the skin when not applied correctly.just dab and blend where needed.
