I'd wear an LBD and bright eye makeup, maybe pinkish/plummy colors to make your blue eyes stand out :) no bright lipstick because you don't want to be retouching it all night, and you're going to be eating and drinking, I presume. That, or a bright and/or sparkly dress with golden makeup. Also check out Michelle Phan's tutorial "the Golden Hour," it's amazing.

I would suggest dark wash jeans with a tank top/knit sweater. You can always dress it up with bold jewellery or heels. It's a bit hard to suggest clothing since I don't know your style.

If you want to do something casual for your outfit. maybe jazz up the makeup. This is nice and classy but not too over the top.
