You can use the organix collagen shampoo conditioner and leave in treatment. I have read great reviews on it. usually they are on sale at cvs

You can use natural home remedies to thicken the hair! Eggs aloe Vera gel or oil and advocado all mixed together or used separately at different times all promote healthy thick hair. You can also use oils and essentials oils such as chamomile, geranium, lavender, thyme, rosemary, caster oil coconut oil and even good oil olive oil! Just make sure you have a good shampoo try to get one with no sulphates too! Reduce your heat usage, I cannot stress this enough!! Don't wash as often and be gentle with your hair. The more care you take the better the results :)

Sulfate free shampoo, no parabens, silicones or mineral oil in products. wheat germ oil works to thicken (if you are not allergic) it works for mixed hair, not sure if it will help yours.. research.. I wish you luck! post back if you find something that does work please! I have friends that are asking the same questions..

Oh, if you have a Sally's you could ask them for a protein pack. (protein for hair comes in many forms) it will thicken you hair up. at first it will feel a bit straw like, then you need moisture like a deep oil or moisture conditioner. the protein pks don't cost and arm and a leg and don't need to be used to often (once a month??) depends on your hair...

Paula M. What do I do after mixing eggs aloe Vera && advocado? As in how long do I put it on && where? (All over it, or just ends?)
I currently use Argon oil on it avoiding roots after every wash which is about twice a week but it's not doing much for me, I took microring extensions out about 2days ago which makes my hair feel so incredibly thin! I've had a baby within the last 11months aswell && I think my hormones are still adjusting which is causing me to malt lol.

Oh dear that's sounds upsetting Jodie! Well if your going to use it all mix it together and leave it on your hair for atleast 30 mins under a shower cap. I usually will do a treatment once a week and I started to see big improvement from doing this. With this particular mixture you want to massage it into your roots! When shampooing your hair only shampoo the roots! I use argan oil too, I put the argan oil on the ends of my hair 2 times a week just before bed when I know I will wash my hair in the morning.

Massage the misrule into roots and distribute to the rest of the hair. You can also add the argan oil to the mixture and leave it on over night atleast once a week. There are so many different treatments you can use I literally use something different each week now that I have battled the dryness and thinning if my hair! Try this mixture and let me know how it goes. Because of the protein in the mixture when you wash it out it may feel a little straw like after the first time, but then you just need to moisturize with a good sulfate free conditioner. Or you can make you own or use apple cider vinegar. I make my own I use a n organic conditioner and then I mix in honey vitamin e capsules, a few drops of sesame oil. And lime. And then I add a few drips of essential oils it or just leave it as it is. I then leave it on for as long as possible while I'm doing everything else I'm the shower. It takes patience and time and lots of experimenting finding out what your needs exactly but I find the process fun and exiting and I have found out so many interesting facts and benefits of oils and fruits! If you like you can send me msgs on here about different natural remedies and treatments or you can just copy the different weekly treatments I do! ;) happy to help!

Give your scalp a massage every day for 10 minutes and flip your head upside down for about 2 minutes to get the blood circulating around the follicles. Eat eggs and poultry for protein, your hair is protein so it requires it to grow. Drink plenty of water to hydrate and eat plenty almonds, fish and dark green vegetables. And don't forget to keep your hair healthy! I personally use argan oil products by Pro Naturals, they're currently my favorites.

I regrew my hair and you can too. -I've been bleaching my hair on and off since forever. My hair wouldn't grow any longer it would just snap off. I've dreamed about having thick, long hair. And when I say dreamed, I mean it quite literally. So i decided to do something about it. My friend suggested Biotin when we were talking about my hair loss.
I’ve tried like 4 different brands until i found that the best one for me. Now i’m 26 and I've been taking Biotin every day for years. My hair and nails grow SO much quicker. Hair has increased in the rate and are so long now.
Also my energy levels are high. I remember that at the beginning i did heavy cardio and interval training which helped me lose weight fast but i did not realize how biotin played a part in my weight loss until AFTER i stopped working out. I continue to take biotin every day and now that I am no longer on my diet i eat whatever i want and i don't gain weight. It appears the biotin may be keeping my metabolism to the level it was at during my training. So i highly recommend it to you. For me the best is www.certifiedbiotin.com my friends also use this one.
